Machine with sliding pallet on ball runner blocks driven by pneumatic cylinder:
position. A = specific loading/unloading – position B = welding. The operator receives the conveyor already equipped with fan motor, which is positioned over the pallet together with its references. The resistor is positioned in a template mounted on the pallet and the motor's wires will be welded there. Both resistor and wires will have precise points of reference to position them correctly.
At the end of loading, conveyor + resistor have to be started to arrive behind the welding machine.
The welding machine consists of a special gripper with double parallel fastening and a central electrode.
The welding pressure is controlled by a loading cell and a proportional valve, while the push value in DaN can be set directly on the welding control together with power and time parameters. Plus, the terminal flattening level can be controlled by means of a linear transducer.
The welding is made by the hyper-tested inverter system at 15 KHz, with a power of 12000 Amp.
