MONOPROGRAMME ELECTRONIC CONTROLS
The electronic controls for the management of our welders satisfy the most frequent needs.
From the smaller CS 2, electronic digital timer: SQUEEZING – WELDING (adjustable in time from ½ period to 99 and with current from 10 to 99%) – MAINTENANCE.
Then CS4: SQUEEZING – UP SLOPE – DUAL PULSE WELDING (adjustable time and power) – MAINTENANCE – AUTOMATIC CYCLE with recovery time – PRESSURE CONTACT.
Finally, the monoprogramme controls CS 6: SQUEEZING – UP SLOPE – DUAL PULSE WELDING (adjustable time and power) – MAINTENANCE – PULSES – PRESSURE CONTACT –POWER CUT –
AUTOMATIC CYCLE (with recovery time) – ADJUSTMENT cosφ
AUTOMATIC CYCLE (with recovery time) – ADJUSTMENT cosφ
MULTIPROGRAMME ELECTRONIC CONTROLS
The multiprogramme controls CS 290 satisfy the most demanding needs:
- 32 PROGRAMMES
- COMMUNICATION LINE RS485 for PC interface and programme management.
- 3 WELDING CYCLES (pre-heating – welding – annealing)
- POWER VOLTAGE COMPENSATION
- CYCLE START PEDALS/BUTTONS
- PROPORTIONAL VALVE
- cosφ SETTING
- SETTING UP TO 4 SOLENOID VALVES
- PULSES
- AUTOMATIC CYCLE (with recovery time).
The CS6000 multifunctional control can be set in 4 different modes
- POWER PERCENTAGE V%
- CURRENT PERCENTAGE I%
- IK CONSTANT CURRENT (1-99.0 KA)
- ADAPTIVE
It can manage single phase and three-phase (triangle or star) both spots and rolls.
- 64 programmes
- 3 welding cycles with UP SLOPE
- RMS CURRENT VISUALISATION
- POWER VOLTAGE COMPENSATION
- RS232 COMMUNICATION LINE for printing or PC connection
- RS485 POWER COMMUNICATION LINE
- EXPANSION OF COMMUNICATION: Profibus, DeviceNet, CANopen, CCl/link, Modbus/RTU, Profinet/IO, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus/TCP.
- Quality control within the current limits.
- Setting of 4 solenoid valves.
- Setting of a proportional valve.
